　　 香格里拉

中國非常大，名勝美景也很多，今年我選擇雲南昆明、大理、麗江和香格里拉與大家分享所見所聞。中國有56種民族，雲南省就有26種，是個民族融合的大家庭，這裡的人是快樂的，因為環抱高山、湖泊、牛羊成群，還有白雲相伴。

昆明是雲南省會，也是特產集散地，經濟較繁榮，彞族、白族、藏族、漢族和其他民族都有，在民族文化村就可看到各族建築。昆明因建築外型像烏龜，所以又稱「龜城」，四季如春，也叫「春城」，女性阿詩瑪，男性叫黑阿哥，世界奇景的石林，也是阿詩瑪的故鄉。

大理是風花雪月之城，蒼山雪，洱海月，白族居多，白族建築的以坐面向東的三坊一照壁，四合五井天，大蒜和其它農作收割時，左鄰右舍都會相互幫忙，甚至婦女還會邊工作邊唱歌，女性以金花尊稱。

麗江是納西族大本營，東巴文化圖形以及玉龍雪山的神秘神山，雲杉坪殉情地，都增添麗江的神秘與魅力。在甘海子、玉水寨、拉市海、東巴谷都可見納西東巴文化的影子，大研古鎮、束河古鎮則訴說麗江胖金妹和胖金哥的慢生活。

香格里拉藏語為心中的日月，海拔3,280米，是中國保存最好、最大的藏族群居地，也是茶馬古道的樞紐。香格里拉因英國小說家James Hilton出版的「消失的地平線」一書，從此名揚天下，噶丹松贊林寺和普達措國家公園是不能錯過的勝地。香格里拉行絕對是遠離塵囂沉澱心靈，和最迷人、快樂以及美麗的地方。

白塔、藏文經幡掛在各地，沿途的藏族風情，群山環抱、野花遍地以及牛、羊、馬成群的高原絢麗景色，可謂人間淨土、世外桃源。只要用「腳」去感受、用「心」去欣賞，就能體驗香格里拉「一山分四季，隔里不同天」的奧妙！而酥油茶、酸奶更增添此行味道。

Views of Shangri-La

China is a huge country and contains countless famous sights and attractions. This year I have chosen to share my experiences in Yunnan Province at Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri-La with everyone. China has 56 ethnic groups, and 26 of these live in Yunnan province. Yunnan is like a big household in which numerous minority groups coexist in peace. It is a happy land surrounded by mountains, and full of lakes, herds of cattle and sheep, and white clouds.

Kunming is the capital of Yunnan Province, and also contains many markets selling specialty products. Kunming has a thriving economy, and different ethnic buildings can be seen in the Cultural Heritage Park. Buildings in Kunming look like turtles, so it is also called "Turtle City." Because the weather feels like spring all year round, it is called the "City of Spring" as well. The world famous Stone Forest was the home of the legendary Ashima.

Dali is full of scenic attractions, such as the snows of Mt. Cang and the moon above Erhai Lake. Many members of the Bai ethnic group live here. Traditional Bai houses consist of compounds with entrances facing the east and surrounding a central courtyard. Neighbors pitch in to help each other when it is time to harvest garlic or other crops. Women are called "golden flowers."

Lijiang is the home of the Naxi ethnic group, the strange Dongba writing, the mysterious peak of Mount Satseto, and the scene of romantic tragedy at Yunshanping. All these attractions add to Lijiang's intrigue and appeal. In addition, the old towns of Dayan and Shuhe relate the romantic tale of Lijiang's Plump Gold Lass and Plump Gold Lad.

In Tibetan, Shangri-La means the "sun and moon of one's heart." Averaging 3,280 meters in elevation, Shangri-La in Yunnan Province contains one of the largest and most traditional Tibetan areas in China, and was also a central location on the ancient tea caravan route. Shangri-La is absolutely an enchanting, happy, gorgeous place far from the noise and confusion of most people's day-to-day lives.

White stupas and prayer flags bearing Tibetan script are commonly seen in the Tibetan areas around Shangri-La. Shangri-La is surrounded by mountains, wildflowers grow everywhere, and herds of cattle, goats, and horses graze on the upland pastures. Shangri-La is a very appropriate name for this otherworldly Eden. If you use your two feet to see Shangri-La, and use your heart to appreciate it, you will be able to experience four seasons on a single mountain. Finally, the local butter and yogurt add flavor to any visit.
